Programs of Study

Cape Cod Community College offers Associate Degrees and Certificates in many fields of study. Whether you plan to transfer, want training for a new job, or plan to change careers, 4Cs offers you quality education in a supportive environment.

If you plan to earn an Associate Degree, the major you choose will determine if you will earn an Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.), or Associate in Science (A.S.). Choosing a major is a big decision. Not everyone is ready to pick a specific program when they start college. For those of you who need some time to explore options, you may begin college by choosing one of the broader Academic Focus Areas.

Degrees and Certificates

Here you will find a comprehensive listing of all the degrees and certificates offered at Cape Cod Community College. A degree program generally takes two years, full time, and you will be awarded an Associate Degree. Certificate programs run anywhere from one to four semesters and you will earn a program specific certificate.

If you are not quite sure which major to choose, you have the option of enrolling in one of eight Academic Focus Areas. This option allows you to take courses in your first semester that are related to your interests, while keeping you on track to graduate in the shortest possible time.
